When subcontracting becomes vertical at Acrotec – An article written by the Bulletin d’Informations

The Acrotec Group has more than 20 years of history, more than 1’200 employees, 1’500 customers, 1’200 machines, 18 production sites and more than 40 countries in export and a turnover of CHF 230 million in 2019.

A total of around 20 companies divided into three divisions: Watchmaking and Jewellery, Medtech, Precision High-Tech.

The Watch and Jewellery Division comprises 13 companies, some of which are long-standing and key players such as Générale Ressorts, Kif Parechoc, Pierhor-Gasser, etc.
or trendsetters such as Mimotec and Sigatec.

Acrotec Group aims to be “an addition of long-established companies with strong entrepreneurial cultures”.

It was formed at the beginning of the 2000s, notably around the acquisition of Kif Parechoc, followed by the acquisition of Générale Ressorts and then many others.
