The Acrotec Group wins “Switzerland’s Best Managed Companies 2022” award

We are proud to announce that the Acrotec Group has been awarded the title of Switzerland’s Best Managed Company in 2022. The award acknowledges overall company performance and sustained growth, going beyond financial results and highlighting honorable corporate culture and strategy.

“We are very happy and proud to receive this award and to be honoured in this way,” said François Billig, CEO of the Acrotec Group. It’s a great recognition for the 2,300 employees of the 25 companies in the Group who have a common passion: high-precision micromechanics.”

Launched by Deloitte more than 25 years ago, the Best Managed Company programme assesses the management skills and their implementation in private companies in more than 20 countries. Particular focus is placed on governance, development strategy, retention, innovation and financial management.

 

 

As this year’s laureate, the Acrotec group has distinguished itself for its remarkable ability to use its external growth to enrich its internal synergies and boost its organic growth. While respecting the independence of each member company and their specific work cultures, entrepreneurial and innovative efforts, the group has been able to achieve its strategic ambitions by complementing their unique strengths to best serve its customers. Good collaboration with investors was another important factor for steady success. This approach has enabled it to sustain continuous growth for over 20 years.
