ISO 9001 and ISO13485: successful recertification for Watchdec

Watchdec has obtained its ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 recertification, demonstrating its well-functioning quality management system and its ability to supply parts for medical devices. These certifications, which are known and recognised, generate trust in the company’s work among employees and managers, and they verify the quality of their products and processes. This accreditation not only benefits Watchdec’s customers but also creates a favourable image and good reputation for itself in the fields of operation in which it is active.

To meet the demands of the medical device industry, the Courgenay company was able to obtain ISO 13485 certification. It then continued its efforts to be recertified. Its expertise, production quality and the procedures it uses guarantee the safety and quality of the products it supplies. The ISO 9001 standard demonstrates the thoroughness of the overall production procedure. This rigour should not be overlooked, whatever the sector of application.

Although the current health situation is unfavourable for many reasons, Watchdec has been able to hold its head high by maintaining its quality and rigour. Its experience and expertise in manufacturing complex, high precision parts have enabled it to maintain a high production rate since the start of the pandemic.
